What is the purpose of this thread today? Notifications from 2 days ago (Discussed ad nauseam here on the forums already) and 1 1/2 months ago. I don’t get it.

By keeping us updated you mean emailing us at 2:30am that your not taking in inventory?

Just FYI everyone something Amazon left off this thread. They announced yesterday their first confirmed case of corona in their fulfillment center. So for all FBA sellers don’t be surprised if you get another 2:30 am email announcing fulfillment center closers.

Currently shopify fulfillment has zero cases of coronavirus.

I noticed that EBay has told seller it will not ding them for cancelled orders or late shipments… but I see Amazon is not making an clear statements like that.

Ebay realizes that flexibility in business operations is essential right now. We want to reassure you that you will not be penalized for being unable to carry out usual operations. We understand there may be situations where you can’t get an item out the door as fast as normal or you have to unexpectedly cancel an order. So in supporting your needs, your Seller Performance Standards will not be negatively impacted during this period.

Meanwhile, so many companies that have billions are supporting those that have made them the billions and yet NOTHING from Amazon except that we cannot ship certain products to them whether we are out of stock or not. Whether it is a Best Seller or not!
Where is the support?
Where is Amazon telling us that they will give us grants or cut fulfillment fees in the future equal to the amount of money we will be losing? Something! Anything?
NOTHING!
Instead, they’re telling us we MUST maintain our Account Health!
They’re worried about our Account Health, but no mention of our health. Unbelievable! So disappointing!
Do they say, “Please let us know if you, your employees or families, are affected, and how can we help?” NO!
Just not right!
We helped Jeff make his BILLIONS, he should be helping us all now, not cutting us off from making a living.
I say a few calls to the news media are called for!

Thank you for reminding. Would you pls give specific advice on how to protect our account health? Is there any support from Amazon for us if we encounter difficulties to ship our products to Amazon warehouse in US due to your latest prioritization policy?

Why is Amazon not taking more steps to give back to its sellers in time like this?

The idea of temporarily waiving Amazon Lending interest and payments would be a help to some small businesses…

My business is located in Los Angeles county where our Governor just announced ‘Stay-At-Home’ Orders requiring non-essential businesses that require employees to report for work to shut down. The L.A. County health order will stay in effect until April 19, with the possibility of extension. We are a self-fulfillment company and will be unable to ship out sold product. How will this affect our account? Please advise.

Can Amazon please address Amazon lending in regards to deferred payments? Our sales dropped like a tank since its not an essential item in a pandemic but ofcourse we have payments coming up.
