We have a customer that a direct Signature was required. We always but Amazon Shipping but on this order it weas not available. They now want us to redeliver it. Any advise?

I understand you shipped an order with signature required and now the buyer has asked you to redeliver it? Does that mean the buyer is claiming item not received (INR)? Do they want you to ship them a replacement? If so, don't send a replacement outside of the Seller Central system.
Deal with the first order before you do anything else. So, if you were unable to purchase your shipping through Seller Central, you will need to refund the buyer if they never got the product. Whether or not you ask the buyer to place a replacement order is up to you. If you have the inventory available, the buyer can request a replacement from the original order details in their buying account.
