My shipment has arrived at the Distribution Centre and waiting to be unloaded
My SPD shipment has been "delivered" to IUSF 3351 Balmorhea Dr.DALLASTX, 75241US on February 25. Its been almost a month and it hasn't entered Checked-in status or unloaded.
Amazon says to contact my Carrier as this is a seller-managed SPD shipment that has not yet been delivered to the site. "Since this is a seller-managed shipment, we recommend contacting your carrier directly regarding the missing shipment/inventory status, as Amazon does not have access to tracking or delivery data for non-partnered shipments. "
What is there to do from my end if it says "delivered" and my Carrier shipped it already.
