I am reaching out for urgent assistance regarding my Amazon Seller Account. Since October 29, my account was automatically set to "Vacation Mode" without my initiation, and I have been unable to disable it despite multiple attempts. I have called the support team over 400 times and sent approximately 400 emails, but have yet to receive any resolution or adequate response.
This prolonged downtime has significantly impacted my business operations, and I am facing serious losses as my products remain unavailable to customers. I kindly request that you escalate this matter to the appropriate team and ensure immediate action is taken to restore my account to active status. Please treat this issue as a priority.
