I would like to ask for help in this urgent case. When my shipment sent to Amazon is missing nearly 300 units. I have made complaints for investigation, but Amazon staff replied to me: "The invoice to prove ownership of my shipment is invalid". This is nonsense, while my supplier only gave me such an invoice. It showed full information of my goods. But they refused. I do not know what to do to get back the lost goods. This is the first time such a case of lost goods, I have sent many shipments before.
