I know this has been brought up before, but is there any way to dispute USPS Shipping Adjustments purchased through Amazon Shipping?

I have been getting 100+ each month now, when I know they are weighed properly. On other sites I print and ship on I have been having about 2-3 a month. The other sites have all the information to dispute them, but I cannot find anywhere with Amazon.

Can anyone help?

Has anyone else received account balance adjustments for Shipping services purchased through Amazon that appear to be incorrect or don't have a good reason attached to them? We have had several that have the carrier audited dimensions and weight exactly the same as our supplied dimensions and weight.

What are we supposed to do about this? Is there a dispute process? Or at least can Amazon add an enhancement request to their devs to get the real carrier audit message displayed so we can avoid these!?

Is there any way to dispute these carrier adjustments when it’s clear they are incorrect? I have two shipments with significantly different adjustments that are obviously errors given the nature of the items we sell.

I submitted a case report to Amazon for both instances, but received no support, just a response stating that Amazon does not reimburse carrier adjustments.

We sell small keychains that weigh between 1-2 ounces, and we ship them in 9x6 inch kraft bubble mailers via USPS Ground Advantage. However, one package was adjusted from 1 ounce to 4.27 pounds, and another had its dimensions changed from 9x6x1 inches to 32.91 x 0.94 x 20.28 inches.

These are items we sell frequently, and Amazon can easily reference past shipments with the same weight and dimensions to see that we’ve never had issues before. Additionally, they could simply check the listed item and recognize that the audited dimensions don’t align with product reality.

Is this yet another thing sellers are expected to absorb? Is there truly no recourse for disputing them? Now, we have to waste time combing through all these so-called "adjustments" to see what else we’re being unfairly charged for.
