Amazon - we need a mechanism to dispute BOGUS shipping adjustments
Amazon - please create a way for sellers to dispute shipping adjustments.
The adjustments are getting out of hand, the carrier audited weight and dimensions are exactly the same as the weight and dimensions I entered when buying the label - why are we getting hit with $3 'adjustments' when the weight and dimensions are correct?
Please, Amazon, give us a means to dispute these adjustments, they are getting out of hand lately, eating away at our bottom line!
All sellers who are experiencing the same issue, please thumb up this post and create your own posts about it. Maybe if we flood the forums we will get Amazon's attention and they'll do something about it.

I agree, we need a method to dispute these charges. I was charged $7K in faulty adjustment last year

Ohhh look, the issue I complained about well over a year ago is still an issue. Go figure! Amazon is a racketeering corporation at this point.

I'm dealing with this too and it's a major headache.

good luck!
Amazon started taking ALL of my money. Literally didn’t even make enough to pay back my business loan through Parafin which is 15% of my sales. And let me just say, I was lucky if I was actually getting 9% back from my sale amount. I had been on here for a few years so it wasn’t like I was brand new trying to learn. Their excuse “shipping charges”.
I saw one company on here that had been in business for 20 years that went out of business and had to close over it. From my experience there’s nothing you can do to stop it. No matter what.
