Read onlyI have tried selling on Amazon over the last year and have had no luck. Most of my listings don't load on there. I spoke with customer service and they said the only way to get it off my account would be to close my professional selling account and open a new selling account. I don't want to do this as we have 20+ years of 98% positive feedback on the current account.
I pay the same monthly fee, although it's annoying that half comes out of sales and the other half is charged to debit card. Anyone have any experience with this?
That is such bad advice from Amazon Support.Go under your Canada Marketplace 'Manage All Inventory' and fully delete all the ASINs; it's not enough to zero them out or to just close the listings; there must be no products showing under the Canada Marketplace 'Manage All Inventory page' in order to stop Amz from spitting the payments.Wait 20 minutes and then go under your Account Info Going on vacation and select 'edit' and switch Canada to On vacation and 'Save' which will then show Canada as Inactive.
See the Example below:
This should stop the monthly payment split;[Moderator Edit: removed personal solicitations].
That should do the trick on next month's billing cycle; please update and let me know if doing this still works.
