Inactive Listings as they are not correctly mapped.

Hello, I am struggling with this for three weeks now. I have my own Brand called RIAAYoga. I have the brand approval. I have listed Yoga Mats as my product. I got the GTIN exemption. I created a listing using Amazon AI, posted those. They have remained in "Inactive" state. I have total of 5 ASINs in this state. I keep contacting Amazon central support to know why they remain inactive. I get a message saying edit the listing to remove one word "antimicrobial" from the description. Sure, I am happy to do that (the word was put in with Amazon AI for product description to begin with). But I can't edit the product because they are inactive. When I file a case for the fact that I can't edit they either say "I don't have the approval to list these" (its my brand, so I don't understand why!!!) with no suggestion on how to request it. When I ask how do I get that approval, they say the ASIN is inactive so contact us.

Chatting for hours hasn't help. Every chat starts from the scratch, I need to explain all of the above and I am transferred from one specialist to another. After an hour, they say "someone will reach out to you over email" and the above circle resumes, every single time.

Could someone help me understand how to get out of this scenario. These are Yoga Mats, absolutely harmless.

Many others find that even though Amazon granted an exemption, things go a lot easier when you actually have the GA1 UPC registered in your brand name.

If you have a question, in the future search the forum first. How? Like this:

Go on top an click “Discussions”, put the filters on the left on «Recommended” and “Past year”, then write “pesticide” in the search bar on top and read the countless threads. We know that "antimicrobial" is on the list of forbidden keywords. But what you say is outrageous:

If you read the threads you will find, you see that a suspended listing can NOT be edited in spite of seller support saying so.

So the best thing you can do is buy a UPC from GS1 (because if you list with GTIN exemption you will regret bitterly) and create a new listing without forbidden words (Google for that). There is no other solution.
