no one can cut through your red tape to list new products when you jump though one hoop you are met by 2 further hoops and so on.

I no longer even bother trying anymore

Why not focus on fixing seller support first? We used to spend 1-2 hours per week with support cases, now we are spending 25-30 hours per week on seller support. Its as if we are speaking to a wall. We can use this time to launch new products if you give us the opportunity to do so.

Hi Dougal

I am sure you a well meaning but i was lost after the first paragraph .

The pathway provides a personalised, sequential learning guide that eliminates information overload and demystifies the path to success for 3P sellers who are brand owners.

I know what all the words mean (except I have no idea what 3P is) but I cannot make sense of the sentence. No doubt it would become clear if I spent time reading it several times. Life is too short. Perhaps its an age thing - I am 73

I've read on but unfortunately things don't get easier. For example:

Increases Programme Enrolment: Higher conversion rates for critical programmes

What on earth does that mean?

I've gone further:

I find it interesting that your 4th choice for help is Seller University (which I regard as mostly incomprehensible and also usually completely irrelevant to any given situation. Your third choice is Seller Support (need I say more).

Your 1st choice is us sellers on the Sellers Forum. A little bit risky as , as far as I know, none have us has had any training. There is a hard core of sellers who have picked up knowledge after years of selling on Amazon and are quite happy to help fellow sellers where they can (I hope I can include myself in the helpers) . The problem may come when sellers pass on information which isn't quite right. The great postal fiasco of a couple of years ago is a case in point. Lots of well meaning sellers passed on what they thought were the correct solutions with the result we ended up with 100 or more "correct" solutions.

I have not clicked on the direct link as I am fairly certain is unlikely to help me any further. All I want to do is to sell a few second hand books!!
