Seller Support, please forward my issue to the Restricted Products team. They have responded to me before and resolved my issue. I have opened five cases, and four of them were transferred to the team, requiring me to wait 10 days. However, this case has not been forwarded.
Each time I contact Seller Support, I receive the same response, but my appeal is never forwarded. I need to dispute this issue; otherwise, my account will be deactivated.
The product in question is a utility jug, but Amazon has classified it as a portable fuel container. I have already submitted my appeal, but it has not been forwarded to the Restricted Products team.
Please take action on this matter.
