Read onlyHey everyone! I'm just posting about this because I have been going back and forth with support for over 2 weeks with no resolution to my issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated. My Seller Central account was originally setup a little over a year ago (Feb 2022). I did not use to my Seller Central account during this time, but it is registered under my business name with all of my information on it. Now that I am attempting to add items through: Dropdown Menu > Catalog > View Selling Applications > Add Product I am getting the error message "You do not have permissions to view this page". I have all permissions for this account.
After doing some digging it looked like my account may not be verified even though I had sent in the verification documents last year at setup. I confirmed with Amazon support that the verification is correct. My address, charge methods, business info, etc are all up to date under Account Info. I am still receiving the same error "You do not have permissions to view this page"
What does it say under your → Account Health page?
Also, check under your → Account Info and your →Going on Vacation, is your Account showing as Active?
If an Account sits dormant for more than 3 months, Amazon will deactivate it as a security measure, and the seller will be required to go through seller re-verification.
For re-verification, Amazon usually requests a copy of a credit card or bank statement matching the info under your Legal Entity and a Gov ID. If using your driver's license, you must include the front and back.
Hi there @Seller_4evCa4UNXogbk,
@Medic is correct, there is likely your account is deprecated and you need to recomplete registration. Once you have resubmitted your registration you should be able to access pages again.
Please reach out if you have other questions. Thank you for your understanding.
