Hi zusammen, wie gehe ich bei der frage vor??? Ich besitzen nur ein Konto... es steht hier das ich ein angeblich weiteres Konto habe.. mein Account wird alle 2 stunden gefühlt deaktiviert und ich kriege kaum Hilfe...

Since your account is in Germany, you will have to post the question in the Germany drop-down so that our dedicated team can assist.
To post it there, select Germany on the top right corner of this page where United States is currently present.
