What is with all of these variation issues were products are just "falling off the page" and cannot be readded to the page because of Brand Registry?

What was my greatest accomplishment this year?
I would say, some how still being in business after all of these horrible policy changes along with the lack of seller support.
Amazon has everything on my account off, from stating my item sales 50+ when it sold 400 plus, stating at one time that I sold only 30 orders in a month when I sold that many in a day, informing my customers that their order would take 7 days longer to arrive than what I have set. Having images vanish from my listings and after 6 months of trying to get support to help, the issue is still here. These are just a few of many and yet, I am still selling.
While sales have dropped the last two years with this being the worst and all of these issues, I am still selling something. I would say this would be my "greatest accomplishment this year"
Thanks Amazon. I look forward to more cases with no responses or generic replies and other impossible policy changes to make it through. My sales are only down 65%, so I still have 35% more to go.

Trusting myself and the Amazon platform.

Pumping more money into Amazon Ads. (More sales at less than 15% coa and lots of credit card cash back!)
Sales goals surpassed again. I'm a manufacturer, not a reseller, I believe that makes quite a difference.

My greatest accomplishment this year has been learning how to sell on several other sites. It has taken a lot of my time, but it has been worth it.
Amazon's pricing bots make it impossible to sell some books here at market price, or anything near market price, so I have to learn how to sell them someplace else.
My sales used to be 100% Amazon. Now Amazon is barely more than half. If the pricing bots keep making sales difficult, soon Amazon will account for less than half.
Stay tuned. If a 2025 version of this silly thread is started, I will probably be announcing that I am making more someplace else.

Staying calm despite all the challenges Amazon throws at us. Missing FBA inventory, unnecessary fees, unfair shipping adjustments, deactivated listings and ignorant representatives................ Honestly just keeping my patience has been a big win for me!

Somehow still selling here after all the scammers Amazon aided in stealing from our small business. A-Z claims of non-receipt fully refunded with UPS delivery images od package sitting clearly on their porch/steps of verified home on Google Maps or similiar. Once an item is on thier property, it is thier responsibility, legally speaking.
False return reasons and losing thousands and time filing SAFE-T claims. As if time is not of the importance to small business to have deyuck around with swap outs, false return reasons, damaged returns. Returns are normal. Amazon returns are a nightmare.
So yeah, biggest accomplishment was mentally surviving Amazons broken business partnership.
