My account is enrolled in AHA and have around 700 health. Matric are good instead excellent still few weeks back suddenly featured offer dropped to zero without any notice

I have already reached out to Seller Support & account health support regarding this issue multiple times. They resolve the case without giving any solution just a generic reply, "We can’t disclose all the factors that go into Featured Offer eligibility. However, we can provide you with insights into the general factors that typically influence Buy Box eligibility."

Please escalate this to the appropriate team for review and reinstatement of feature offer eligibility.
