Compliance Documents
Hello,
We have been asked for compliance documents from Amazon for ASIN B095X6CDK1.
These items are Baby One-pieces/Toddler t-shirts, but they have been miscategorized as "Bibs." When I appealed to make note of this, Amazon says they have reviewed the item and still are categorizing it as "Bibs."
How are we to supply compliance documents for an item that is being miscategorized? Should we just delete the ASIN and move on? Any other ideas?

You are more than likely getting flagged for compliance for bibs due to the product title name and information in your detail page.
When you file your appeals to the team, have you shared additional evidence that shows the specific nature of the product? This could include manuals, schematics, photos, or a video recording showing your product does not have anything to do with baby bibs?
If you could also provide us on this discussion with your most recent CASE ID with Selling Partner Support that would be helpful in this investigation too. I look forward to hearing back from you soon and have a good weekend.
