Amazon Ignoring FBA Reimbursement Case for 8 Months – Need Escalation Options

Hello everyone,

I’ve been dealing with an FBA reimbursement issue for the past 8 months, and Amazon has completely stopped responding to my case.

The case (#15961502191) is related to Shipment ID: FBA184BZLPQ7, where Amazon lost inventory and only returned part of it. However, the reimbursement for 467 units of ASIN FNSKU: B000NBILW0 is still missing. I have submitted all the required documentation multiple times, yet Amazon either ignores my case or refuses to process the claim.

According to the FBA Lost and Damaged Inventory Reimbursement Policy, Amazon is responsible for lost inventory and must provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe. I have followed all procedures, but after 8 months, I’m still waiting for a response.

Has anyone experienced something similar? What options are available to escalate this beyond Seller Support? Any advice or success stories would be greatly appreciated.
