Offering Can Be Gift Messaged
On FBM orders with a gift message, how do you know when a particular order will have one? I print my shipping labels off in bulk. I haven’t seen one and wanted to know what to look for so I don’t miss it when and if I get one.

HDMS is correct, they only print on the packing slips. It is passed through to our shipping program, but again only prints on the packing slip.
It does also show when you look at the order, but who wants to search and see if it shows up there.

Does this messaging get used by customers trying to type in additional instructions, changes, or modifications to their order? I would think this could be problematic for customizable items.
