my account amazon was deactivated for violating the 3rd contract, I entered the video call, I submitted all the documents to the amazon authorities, my invoice is missing, I notified the amazon authorities via e-mail, I supply the products from amazon.com, my buyer account and my e-mail address are closed, I cannot access the invoice in any way, how can I solve this problem, I cannot provide the invoice to amazon, is there any other way?

I recently applied for ungating for funko brand using Invoice from authorized distributor, after each attempt for ungating I am getting this reply.

"We have reviewed the documentation and information that you provided and determined that you are not eligible to sell Funko products."

I am submitting all the required documents Amazon is asking but without getting any reason my application is getting rejected. Now, I am stuck with the inventory that I have already bought and don't know what to do or how should I escalate the issue or get help.

I would really appreciate if any one here can give me suggestion or give me some direction.

I have a legitimate wholesale invoice, and despite applying over 100 times and highlighting all the important details, I keep getting auto-denied by Amazon. It’s incredibly frustrating that Amazon doesn’t just provide a list of recognized wholesalers and distributors. I’ve tried everything—Amazon chat can’t help, the ungating process isn’t working, and I’m at a loss for what to do next. Who else can help in this situation?
