Lost the "Add to cart" button
We have always complied with Amazon's regulations. But just a few days ago, a link that had been on the shelf for more than 3 years suddenly lost its shopping cart. The reason given by Amazon is that the external price is more competitive. If we don't match the price given by Amazon, we can't get the shopping cart button.
The funny thing is that if we match the price it gives, we will lose money! I consulted customer service for several days and couldn't solve it. There is no other way unless the price is reduced.
Inexplicably, we have never sold the same product on other platforms. Our brand's products are only sold on Amazon and have good sales. Customers also like it because of the good quality. And Amazon has not given any evidence to prove the price it gave! I don't know how the system matches such a low price. If this method is used to force sellers to reduce prices, what hope is there!
Can you help me get my shopping cart back? Instead of reducing the price! This seriously affects sales!
