We have many listings over the last few days that have had their descriptions removed and are now "search" suppressed. These are listings that have had full descriptions and they've all been removed, along with their bullet points. Also, one high selling variation listing has been "de-varitioned" and all their descriptions and bullet points removed. Also, some Renewed products that were copied from their new equivilant (so they had descriptions) are now also suppressed and their descriptions removed. We have tends of thousnads of dollars of FBA inventory on these search suppressed ASINs that will never sell until this is fixed.
The case I've opened is 15488801191 and so far seller support has not been helpful. They just told me what a Search Suppressed listing is and how to fix it. Thanks but that's not what I am asking, considering I already tried to fix it 3 days ago and nothing happened when we re-added some descriptions (when editing the listing in the inventory management page all the data is sitll there).

Feels like literally everyone that works at Amazon are too scared to raise issues to their superiors in case it makes them look bad for not knowing how to fix something. This seems to be an issue they cannot fix, but will not raise it with the people who can fix it. They keep saying '' we'll transfer to internal team '' or something along those lines, and internal teams just ignore it or give a generic response with no solution.
This is still happening. Brand registry told me to push an update through an inventory file, so I did. Didn't do anything (surprise).
What do we do? Huge mistake here from Amazon.

We've tried every option to replace the missing info, but nothing works.
