GMP Certification - active SGS TIC verification (4 TRFs awaiting payment/sample) - request for confirmation of reinstatement path (Case 21258225561)
Dear moderators (NR_Amazon, Michelle_Amazon, Cooper_Amazon, Danny_Amazon, Amyy_Amazon) - posting here as the Ask Amazon recap thread is locked; we would greatly appreciate moderator help on an active TIC verification.
Our four dietary-supplement ASINs (B09BCVHF1P, B09KDXN7RR, B0B5HTQ61D, B09DGPXLXC) were removed under the Dietary Supplements GMP Certification policy. The "Verify Your Product" pathway is now Pending with SGS (an Amazon-approved TIC for "SGS GMP dietary supplements" and a Compliance Fast-Track participating organization), with active verification requests generated on July 16, 2026, all currently "Provider awaiting Payment/Sample": TR178422980159029, TR178422986739794, TR178422992567182, TR178422998445612. Commercial engagement with SGS is underway (SGS proposal BRCRM 2312473, upgraded to the SGS GMP dietary supplements scope). Related Case IDs: 21258225561 (July 20, 2026 - reinstatement request with the full record), 21205894371 (July 16, 2026), 20323443871.
Could a moderator kindly confirm:
(1) that completing payment and sample/documentation submission to SGS under these TRF IDs is the sufficient next step, with the reinstatement review proceeding automatically once SGS submits passing results through Amazon's designated channel - consistent with the recap statement that "Products delisted under this policy will be reinstated once compliance is confirmed"; and
(2) whether the compliance team can consider sell-through of existing FBA inventory during the active verification window (294 units of B09BCVHF1P are currently marked "Defective" solely as a consequence of the listing removal)?

I can see you have active case related to this matter. I suggest that you monitor the case ID for further communication on this and follow up on the same.
Regarding your specific requests:
(1) Reinstatement decisions - including conditional reinstatement or sell-through of existing FBA inventory during verification - are made exclusively by the specialized compliance team through the Account Health Dashboard process. This is not something that can be actioned through the forums or Seller Support.
(2) I recommend continuing with the SGS payment and sample submission to move the TRF requests from "Provider awaiting Payment/Sample" to active processing. Once SGS completes the verification and submits results through Amazon's designated channel, the compliance team will review accordingly.
