AWD Shipment still not receiving after 4 weeks is this normal?
I shipped about 11 pallets of goods, basically my holiday stock to AWD the HESPERIA CA facility and it's now been 4 weeks of it sitting there. Is there any action that can be done to speed this up cause im going to run out of inventory in just a couple weeks at this point

No solution, but reaching out to tell you that I'm going thru the same thing. Of course I reached out to CS and AGL (amazon freight) --- neither are giving me any answer other than "we're investigating".
My goods have said "delivered" since 10/14 with zero movement. Let me know if you get any updates... or find out anything with your goods.....

I've heard back that 193/198 cartons have been received. The AWD partners have reached out to the site to further dig into the 5 remaining cartons and we'll confirm once those are complete.
