Before, my store's Total Balance was taking a long time to update, but it always updated.

Today the total balance of my store has only decreased in value, it has already decreased by more than 2 thousand dollars.

When I went into the report to see if there was any refund, adjustment or anything like that, I saw that there wasn't.

So why doesn't the Total Balance stop decreasing?

Last night at some point our entire total balance has moved into deferred.

I understand the delays on transaction becoming available for payout due to DD+7 etc. This is not that as the next 2 week payout is showing a negative balance as well.

Sales proceeds are not even showing up into the respective field under the balances page.

We rely on daily payouts to continue funding inventory, employees, etc.

There are other commenters making note of this same issue.

Some insight from a mod would be great, seller support has just referred us to the "deferred payments" help page and reiterated what we are already aware of.

Just wondering if the total balance is not updating for anyone else.
