Read onlyI had a few customers reach out to me stating disappointment that they can not leave reviews or feedback on their verified purchases made on Amazon.
I had a large email list that I built up from my community that I sent out when I launched. I also had local showcasing of my product at events and gyms.
They reported that they got a message saying "Amazon has noticed unusual reviewing activity of this product and limiting reviews to verified purchases"
I have never asked any of these customers for a review outside the amazon platform or incentivize a review off of amazon.
Yeah seeing how very few good reviews products get if you just started a product and got positive reviews off the bat then amazon and everyone else thinks something fishy is going on. You are lucky to get one for several hundred sales.
