FBA - Sellers sending old used items back and keeping the Item sent

I have had 3 this week alone, buyers keeping the new item that was sent from FBA and returning old used items, not even the same brand?

Does anyone else experience this problem?

Not personally, but it is a well known and oft reported scam. Buyers have no conscience, and know how to play the system.
