im sick and tired of seller support not helping

someone changed manufacture on our brand reg. product seller support told us to delete listing and reupload file which 80% works this time we were unable to recreate listings as the flat file was erroring stating manufacture mismatch. in the same support case seller support told us to create the listing with incorrect manufacture and they would fix it!

it was all lies now they say it is correct on detail page (page customer sees even though i continually upload attachment of error on product detail page on back end (where we sellers go to edit listings) showing it has incorrect manufacture.

been dealing with this for months

i have a total of 3-4 cases open with same issue and every 3 replies from seller support it is the same copy and past BS

why is it so hard to get competent seller support?

it is obvious they don't even read the case!

i assume someone inside amazon is hijacking or helping someone to hijack our products we had this same company hijack 4 of our related products and that got straighten out or so we thought and now this comes back up on one of our products

we even made 2 different threads here asking for mods help but never even received a response!

I don't understand what you mean. Is this YOUR brand? did YOU create the listing?

Try using Seller Central Help, and use my-issue-not-found, then listing support, then select PHONE as contact method. This is the only way we have had any luck. Sometimes, they just create a support ticket, and you are back in the auto-reply loop from which there is no escape. Other times, we were connected to the right group and got decent support.

Everything is AI auto-responders now. Like the bots, they just use words from the question and generate a response. No one actually reads your message until it is pages in of sending it back.

Go with calling, for sure, and if you don't get an answer, wait a few hours and call back. This came from a good support associate. They are out there.

Also make sure you open a case with brand registry. Do both and keep at it, eventually you will get help.

Hi--I sympathize with you. Support gives me two or three answers every time I open a ticket. I usually stumble on the answer myself. I don't know why they hire these people--all they do is prolong and confuse the issues. And they very seldom actually read the issue or look at the attachments. It's really sad.

Are you a brand owner with a trademark? Does anybody have permission to resell your branded products? We do not give anyone permission to sell our products...and if they do it without permission they can not submit them as new, the listing has to say used. if this is your situation and it is really your brand you should be able to get rid of the other seller. If Amazon won't do it and you can prove all of the above...get a lawyer involved.

I sympathize with you and can relate (as mpst sellers can) with your dilemma. I have been dealing with them for 2 months now on something as simple as a selling authorization. Back and forth and my invoice comes directly from the parent company

I wish you luck and a quick resolution.
