I have lost 90% featured offer/buy box overnight. I was winning the buy box on all every of my listings, however now i lost 90% buy box, despite being cheapest, only one seller and FBA, great seller account health & performance metrics. Can you help with that, please? Thank you. @Spencer_Amazon

It's realy bad to business.

I uploaded a bank statement for bank verification, and less than a day later, I received a response that Amazon does not accept the kind of documents I uploaded. I immediately uploaded another file, and it has been pending verification for more than two weeks now. I am wondering if this is a reasonable time and if I should just keep waiting. My US account got deactivated until this UK process is finished and I am stuck and have no access to UK seller support. I would appreciate any insights

I made a complaint a few weeks ago about a listing being hijacked, someone changed the images and title to a more expensive version of the product, I increase my prices to make sure I wasn't on the buybox but, the few days that this lasted, a few orders came went out which customers then made complaints about receiving the wrong product, when in reality the listing was hijacked. Now the listing has returned to its original form.

Now today, I've been removed from this listing because Amazon thinks I'm selling the wrong item, even though Amazon have done research on my inventory and found nothing wrong with the SKU related the ASIN (Case ID: 9670451212).

I've submitted my information to show this is a mistake, however, I'm now going to have to wait weeks for this to get resolved, losing out on sales. Hoping something will happen quickly to get me back on this listing.
