Account suspended for no reason

So last week just before Christmas my account was suspended for no reason whatsoever. My account health rating is okay and there's no other reason for my account to get suspended. I got a notification that because of three asins that receives a restricted product policy violation. One of the products I sold 4 months ago, the other I sold 6 months ago and one I never sold whatsoever. None of these products were my original listings I was using listing that was previously on Amazon. And also all these listings which are batteries for Dyson vacuums are still on Amazon under different names and brands. I remove the violations from my account and now Amazon still will not reinstate my account. I was told 3 days ago by a representative over the phone that my account would be reinstated within 72 hours which is now past. I spoke to another representative today who had no idea what he was talking about and told me completely different information. So I have no idea what I'm supposed to do or how to get this account reinstated.

I hope it will be fixed, mine is like that too, but I didn't sell it to Ziraa, I definitely hope it will be opened. What is the fault of us people who do their job well?

Hello @IAB_BEYOND,

Thank you for reaching out on the Forums. We understand that dealing with a suspended account can be both confusing and frustrating, especially when you're unsure about the cause. We recognize how stressful this situation must be for you.

I will try and provide some general guidance. For greater detail concerning your specific situation, please provide an ASIN, Case ID or Performance Notification. With that information and the help from an internal team, I am able to research in greater detail.

Something that is fairly new and could have been the cause of your account Suspension is something called "Repeat Violations". From your Account Health Page, in the middle directly under the Account Health Rating, you will see: Learn more.

You may also review: Account Health Rating: Frequently asked questions

Open that and review Repeat policy violations:

  • Multiple violations of the same policy impact your Account Health in two ways. First, the point values associated with violations included in your Account Health Rating increase each time that policy is violated. That means that repeat violations will cause your Account Health Rating to degrade faster, with higher severity repeat violations having the most impact.
  • Second, your account may be at immediate risk of deactivation if you reach the maximum number of repeat violations for infringement-related policies or restricted products policies in a 180-day period, regardless of your Account Health Rating. In most cases, the maximum number of repeat violations is five for infringement-related policies and two for restricted products policies.
  • In the future, we will add features to the Account Health page to help you better track the graduating impact of repeat violations. We may also implement additional maximum numbers of violations for other policy areas.

Is it possible this was the situation? I truly would like to be able to provide correct and relevant information. I look forward for your reply with an ASIN or Case ID.
