INFORM ACT - TAX ID (IN PROGRESS)

Hi everyone,

My account has been under "Risk of Deactivation" for the past week. I am facing an issue with my Tax ID status, which is still showing as "In Progress." However, this information was validated recently. Now, the same problem has appeared again. When I contacted the support team, they mentioned it would take 48 to 72 hours to resolve, and my account would no longer be at risk of deactivation. However, I haven't received any update so far.

Could someone from the Amazon team please assist me in resolving this issue or check from your end for assurance?

As mentioned this risk was due to the the INFORM tax ID verification, however it's showing in progress, an was recently validated. Due to this I have work with our concerned teams and we have confirmed you are experiencing a situation related to an on going issue we are aware of. So I can seek out a resolution to this issue, I have shared your information with the appropriate teams to review and verify the information to confirm compliance or provide guidance on what may be needed at this stage. At this time, we have no requests for you and once I have an update I will follow up here with you to keep you informed.
