How many days is a buyer allowed to return items?

Does Amazon give the Buyer 90 days to return items? We sell Christmas Seasonal items primarily. I remember holiday return window used to be 45 days, now I've seen something that says 90 days?? Is this true?

Anything bought after Nov 1 has until Jan 31 to initiate a return request.

It's been about this long for at least several years.; in fact, I think it used to be sometime in October as the start.

Anything bought between Nov 1st and January 31st has a 90 day window because of holiday shopping.
