How to list a product for pre-sale
Can anyone give me the steps on how to have a product available for pre sale? I can not for the life of me figure it out and several other sellers have this same item available for pre sale, it's release date to be able to sell is April 10,2023

The release date is something you enter in your inventory view, open the listing ad look at the options, it's in there under "release date"

How to set up pre-order products
To list a pre-ordered product using Add a Product, do the following:
- Select Inventory, and then click Add a Product.
- Click I'm adding a product not sold on Amazon.
- Select the product category and type.
- In the More Details tab, click the calendar icon next to the Release Date field to select a date that is no more than 30 days in the future.
- When all of the remaining listing information has been captured, click Save and Finish.
To set up pre-order products using an inventory file upload, do the following:
- Download the category-specific inventory file template.
- In the ReleaseDate column, enter the date when the product will be available. You will also need to enter Update in the UpdateDelete column.
- In Seller Central, select Inventory, and then click Add Products via Upload.
- On the Add Products via Upload page, upload your inventory file.
