Hello @Seller_cOdAdZgZIWu2f,
Thank you for following up on the situation.
My account was deactivated following the review of my in-person video verification interview (IPI) and related documents. It was determined that my account might be involved in the sale of counterfeit inventory, violating intellectual property rights, or engaging in deceptive or illegal activities that harm customers and our store.
I was asked to provide supply chain documents for the ASINs B0BVF1N63P, B0CNJFF34K.
THE REASON I CAN NOT PROVIDE PAYMENT CONFIRMATION IS THAT THE SUPPLIER, ADMITTING THEIR MISTAKE OF SENDING THE ORDER CANCELLED BY THEM, OFFERED ME THE PRODUCTS FOR FREE.
I have submitted a copy of the email I received from the supplier several times. It proces that I ordered the 2 ASIN’s from them.
As both of the mentioned ASIN belong to the "Stanly" brand, you will also need to ensure that you're sourcing from a brand authorized distributor and as noted in our sourcing requirements reflects the products supply chain to the original manufacturer or brand. Since you mentioned the product was "free" there would as mentioned be no documentation to support these requirements and verify where the free item came from or its originality.
At this time we are unable to accept any type of explanation of the situation at hand and will require the originally requested documentation that traces the product back to the original manufacture. If the original sourcing documents do not exist, or as stated were canceled and no longer valid they cannot be accepted. This would make the account ineligible for reactivation as these original documents are required per our responsible sourcing guidelines.
