I think you forgot to attach hyperlinks?
Sorry if that has already been said, but it is my understanding that if you have a paid selling account, it includes MX and CAN. The fees were what kept throwing me off. The 40 dollars somehow divided up between the 3. As far as actual selling goes, you need to basically turn off where you don't want to sell/ship. As Aerosmith would say, a "Permenant Vacation" I could be wrong about any or all of this, but it's what it's seemed like to me.
I received two notification I have a product that is restricted for sale in Mexico but I don't have a sellers account for Mexico.
I'm getting so sick of Amazon and all the issue you can never get anything resolved you get hacked no one cares of will help you I mean I can go on and on but my time is more valuable than to sit here and rant and know nothing will change we all can relate to the issue but the bottom line Amazon does not care
You need to delete all the listings under your ca and mx account and then under your Account Info select Going on a vacation and set ca and mx to inactive and then Amazon will not longer split the $$ fee across the 3 accounts. Make sure you delete, cancel, disappear, every single listing, I not saying inventory "zero", delete listings! then vacation mode, do not mess with credit cards because you can put your US account in trouble like canceling a credit card or change expiration dates or change numbers just not to be charged, the system is a little sensitive, if you have one, just one active listing even with inventory "0" you will be charged
We got the same thing from Canada a few moths ago we hadn't sold on CA for over 8 years. Instead of just fixing the billing error they wasted our time. We ended up deciding to finally cancel our pro account after 20 years as they have no regard for us as sellers. Yes I know we could have fixed it easily but with all the other BS going on here and Amazon basically wanting us to sell everything for under cost paying them $40 a month is no longer worth it, this was just the last straw.
And YOU were optimistic enough to think things would get better. I got this in my email folder this afternoon...............
