Wrongfully removed for USDA Organic Claims again???

Hello,

I recently got all of my ASINs removed for the 2nd time for USDA organic claims but the thing is I have already relabeled all of my packaging to NOT have this and there is nothing on my Amazon listing that has any mention of USDA organic.

There is NO mention of USDA Organic or Organic for these products on the packaging or anywhere on the listings. Whats the deal??? I relabeled all of this inventory already and just started selling.

I believe Amazon is wrongfully removing my product detail pages. This is costing me thousands of dollars in removal of inventory / reshipping and having to launch all over again. Please help me with this issue.

I have also spoke with a representative from the USDA regarding this issue and have provided the correspondence in my case logs showing that this issue has already been previously resolved, all USDA organic badges have been removed from packaging & promotional content and I am allowed to sell these products.

If I were to provide a certified letter from the USDA that I can sell these ASINs would that be sufficient enough to have these listings reinstated?

Please review my Case IDs: 16794793681, 16794788761, 16794788711, 16794280651

That's an interessting problem I read the first time about it here. My investigations show that USDA means "US Departement of Agriculture" and that they inspect and certify agricultural products. A search on amazon.com showed that mentionning this fact in a listing is allowed. In Europe for example, this task is done by different private and not governemental institutions. And of course, such products print the logo of this institution on their packaging!

So, you are not allowed to mention that because your products don't have such a certification?

If that is the case and you in fact don't mention and print USDA any more, it's not understandable why your ASIN was removed. Do you maybe mention USDA in a hidden backend keyword?

You have to tag a mod here to look closer in your case. It seems to me that you should be able to sell this product, since you don't sell it as USDA certified or organic.

Hello @Seller_1FFrvty4iVWzx,

Thanks for posting to the Forums. I've reviewed the details of this issue, and see that your cases are currently open and being reviewed. Please allow the team time to review this and get back to you with an update. If you see that the case resolves later and still need help, let me know here and I'll look into seeing what options exist for escalation.

Regards,

- Manny

Any wording on the picture? Search term?

The problem is the bot has not been re-programmed to recognize a certification.

Your best bet is not to use the word organic anywhere even if you have the proper certification.

You will have to re-list using a new ASIN. If you try to use the old one, it will not work.

I went through this in 2021. Cost me thousands.
