Vine Review MISLEADING and INACCURATE - Request for Removal

I need your help to remove this Vine review - who the person stated did NOT even test the product but chose to give me a 2-star negative review and claim the product is not safe!
Everything this person wrote is misleading, inaccurate, and dangerous.
I have already contacted seller support and they told me they can't help me but to report it, which I did multiple times but the review is still up on the product listing.
Second, I emailed community-help with all the information and the review is still up. I cannot write a public response to this person and I cannot contact them through Amazon message system because they have declined communication. I am lost on what to do here as a new seller.

This review should be removed since the person NEVER tested the product and claimed it is made from metal when in fact the cone-shape "microneedles" are made from Sodium Hyaluronate.

Since you have been on the platform for a few years, I was wondering if you could help me with this current situation I find myself as a new seller.
I release a new product in February 2025 called HyaluPlump Lips, it's a two step lip care treatment featuring a lip patch with 800 self-dissolving microneedles made from Sodium Hyaluronate and a lip plumping serum duo. Sales picked up very quickly so I thought it would be a good idea to test the Vine program. I just assumed the testers on the Vine program would be experts in skincare and cosmetics.
However, that is not the case! I only enrolled two units, but both units received negative reviews. One reviewer (Wade) did NOT even test the product but claimed its "dangerous" for lips and comparing it to actual metal microneedle roller! I have tried multiple times to get rid of this review since it was never tested and for misleading and misinformation. I cannot get any help from seller support and no one here is able to help (I have asked for help from moderators but nothing). Unfortunately, it looks like as sellers we can no longer publicly respond to product reviews.
What advice would you give? Sales have completely disappeared for this product.
