We have an ASIN with inventory stuck in reserve status for a customer order. It has been months and that order is not being fulfilled. Support says the order isn't being fulfilled because the ASIN was deactivated. The order is not being fulfilled and we are not able to remove the inventory so we are being charged storage and surcharge fees. We have opened several cases but support gives us a run around. They say we would have to get the ASIN activated for the order to be fulfilled but Amazon says we can not activate the ASIN. Support is unable or unwilling to help. Does anyone have any suggestions on how we can resolve this issue? Can any moderators provide any assistance? The last case ID was 17163942521.
