I have been going back and forth with seller support about a product compliance requirement for 2 months and nothing has been resolved.

The compliance documents I am being asked for are for selling children's toys, but my product is NOT a children's toy and is not categorized on Amazon as a children's toy. The category I am in is Sports & Outdoors, specifically, Basketball Portable Hoops & Goals. Nowhere does it mention children or kids or that it is a toy in my listing.

I have submitted multiple cases about this inaccuracy and have been told to appeal it every time. I have submitted upwards of upwards of 5 appeal requests that have all been rejected and I am at a loss for words on how/why this is happening.

I don't have the compliance documents that it is asking for and have reached out to my manufacturer to ask if they have them and they say we don't need them. I called seller support and the first time they told me that they would waive this requirement because my product is not a children's toy, but then nothing happened the next few days. So, I called back and the next representative told me that I had to provide the compliance documents for children's toys without understanding that I am NOT selling a children's toy. This is extremely disappointing, stressful, and confusing process.

Now, my product listing was just placed on inactive and I am looking to see if anyone else has run into this issue and looking for any way to solve this. I am at a loss for what to do.
