We recently received a notice from Amazon regarding tons of our ASINs, asking for “applicable supporting documentation” to reinstate our listing. They specifically stated that a Letter of Authorization is no longer valid and provided a list of documents they won’t accept (e.g., invoices, reseller agreements, packing slips, etc.).
We’re authorized distributors for Coca-Cola and Pepsi products, and we want to ensure our documentation meets Amazon's requirements. However, the term “applicable supporting documentation” remains unclear.
If anyone has successfully navigated a similar situation, could you share what Amazon considers acceptable documentation to reinstate listings? all these dummy's do is send me a canned email with zero help on how to fix this.

"We’re authorized distributors for Coca-Cola and Pepsi products"
That does not act as a conduit authorizing you to sell anything on Amazon. Do you have an LOA from the corporate HQ that specifically states that you are permitted to sell their brand ON AMAZON?
More and more brands are taking control of their own destiny on here. Unless you are authorized by the publishers or brands many sellers are being blocked entirely. Have you checked with the HQ of either or both companies to see if they have a 'whitelist' and don't have you on it?
Hi there @Seller_YJ94PzQUb505k
If your documents are not meeting the minimum requirements and you have a direct relationship with the brand, I recommend reaching out to them directly and have them add you to their Brand Registry account as an Authorized Reseller! Then you won't run into this issue any longer.
