I opened a case (Case#15629955731) asking this:
Please help me override the premium shipping eligibility...we are missing it by 0.4%. it is 1 order and it should of been delivered right on time. Thank you so much
On-Time Delivery Rate 96.6%
Required ≥ 97% 28/29
Pre-fulfillment Cancel Rate 0.0%
Required < 0.5% 0/95
Valid Tracking Usage Rate 100.0%
Required ≥ 99% 29/29
My response from Amazon bot which honestly to me is rude saying the word "clearly"

Upon investigating we found that there is no option for us to make an exception in this case. you are clearly below 0.4% for the on-time delivery rate.
You have to wait for the time to update and this will also update the metric.
metric will be updated in every 30 days.
