Help Please,

Hello everyone. I am new at selling on Amazon and I have had some ups and downs so far in this selling journey.

I have a pending Trademark and my listing was hijacked by another seller with a lower price. I own the right to the photos and the brand name as well.

I submitted a case with Amazon Support, but they just told me to report a violation which I did reported to Amazon Brand Registry, but my report was "Not Accepted" I recently escalated the case but I am hoping to see if someone here can guide me and advice.
