Read onlyBuyer bought an item and after receiving it requested a replacement. $0.00 replacement order comes through and we ship out another item (FBM). 45 days later buyer has still not returned the original item, Amazon closed out the return so now buyer received both items but only paid for one. Do I have any recourse here?
Amazon came up with this new trick to make them self sound great, while making more money.
They started this thing were they promise if a buyer doesn't return the product within 30 days, they will be recharged for that order.
Thing is, it's "automatic", so you can't request it, hence you will have a lot of work keeping track of it, because it can take 6 weeks or more before you would get that refund and then you have to go looking for it to see if you did, or didn't get it. Many sellers wont waste that time, others forget........Amazon wins.

It is true that auto-reversals may take some time to clear all financial institutions, but if you've already created a case with support on the topic, I could take a look from my end to see how we can best assist at this juncture.
