Read onlyA buyer bought an item and paid for OPTIONAL, 2-day shipping. Not the free, not the standard, 2-day expedited. I shipped the item on time via the requested shipping method. It was scanned in and delivered on time by the carrier. The buyer then starts a return and send it back. Amazon does the RFS dance and also refunds the expedited shipping. Now, Amazon always does this and I file a Safe-T claim to get it back. I did that. But now Amazon is denying it with the reason of "The issue you reported is not covered by the Prepaid Returns for Seller Fulfilled Order program."
I've always had these granted in the past. Why now?
MODS, if I give you claim #, can you help?
