Hello,

A customer returned a package through UPS (the tracking ID number is 1ZH92F629026889805).

The package is lost in transit to our location.

We called the dedicated UPS line for Amazon Sellers at 1-800-711-5914 and opened a lost package claim with UPS (Claim number: C-0283881901). They said that they closed the investigation because Amazon is the Shipper of Record.

Then, we opened a support case with Amazon (17021612591), but they said to opened a Shipping Claim with Amazon Shipping, which is not the case because the package was shipped via UPS.

We have not received the item, yet we were charged with the refund to the customer. And we have not being reimbursed for the lost package.

How can we get more help?

I have had a problem for several months with lost packages, I lived in an apartment and many times they left returns in the wrong apartments I always contacted UPS and they said that the claim was approved but they never sent me the money and I never saw any balance in reports on Amazon, I don't know where they deposit that money, I would appreciate if someone can help me by giving me more information about that, I am an fbm seller.

I sent in an FBA shipment that was supposed to be delivered to Amazon last week.

I spoke to UPS, who told me that the package is lost.

I contacted Amazon, who said they will not do anything about it until 11/19, which means I would miss ALL of the holiday deadlines.

Why will Amazon not act any sooner if UPS themselves said that the package is lost and to file a claim?

I am a very small business. This was a very large shipment. This will be extremely detrimental to my business to have no items to sell and no revenue for more than 2 months.
