Hey All! I have always been under the impression that Amazon only requires 3rd party testing of dietary supplements when those supplements fall into the category of Diet & Weight Loss or Sexual Health. Now we receiving a notification from Amazon the other day stating that we were required to get testing done on about a half dozen of our SKUs, none of which are in a category, or associated with being a Diet & Weight Loss or Sexual Health product. If there has been a change to this policy then I would appreciate some feedback because it seems we missed it?
Thanks in advance for your responses everyone!

Good Evening @Seller_XiA0SI30Slolw,
I wanted to follow up with you regarding your post. I didn't see a CASE filed with support regarding your concern about a few of your SKUs that have been suddenly subjected for testing. If you still have questions about those SKUs, please share the CASE ID filed with support so I can begin my investigation.
If you have not reached out to support, I would recommend filing a detailed case with them sharing:
If you truly believe your listing should not be flagged for providing compliance documentation, ensure you are providing the team with a thorough well-written appeal. It’s also highly recommended you share additional evidence that demonstrates the specific nature of the product. This could include manuals, schematics, photos, and/or a video recording showing your product should not be flagged for the compliance information that was originally requested.
Take a thorough review at your listing, product, product packaging, and any information submitted to Amazon and ensure that it is not falling into the dietary supplement requirements for testing.
Feel free to post the CASE ID in this discussion once you have contacted support so we can follow the case along to the conclusion. Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Hope you have a great rest of the week.
Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
Correct me if I am wrong, but supplements need to be tested by 3rd parties to make sure: they are not contaminated in any way, manufactured in a facility compliant with cGMPs, and do contain restricted pharmaceutical ingredients.
Please let me know if there is anything else I am missing here.
