100% Buy Box to 0%. Sales have dropped to 0.

For the last month I have lost the buy box on all of my listings. For years all of my listings have had the buy box up until this last month. As a result, my sales have dropped to practically $0.00 daily. I am the only seller of my product that I designed and manufacture myself. My account is in green good standing.
I've noticed a lot of other sellers are experiencing this same problem. I tried opening a case to get resolution to this matter, but the reply was of no help. I cannot reply to the case and when I try to open a new case regarding the matter the only option is to click on links that offer no resolution.
Can someone at Amazon please reach out to us to help solve this issue? Having 0% buy box means not only am I not making money, but I'm losing money paying for advertising products nobody is purchasing.

Same here with problems all of a sudden for last several weeks. My listings go unsearchable for days. No matter how many cases I create no one is able to fix the issue. I wish I could help you, but over 5 years selling here, I can't get any help. My products only show through ads, so losing money too.

If you sell customized or handmade items... you are in the same boat with the rest of us that do.
Sales plummeted and stopped for handmade sellers and those selling custom items when the new NO RETURNS on custom products was rolled out. Customers see that NO RETURNS in the Buy Box and on your listing and you instantly lose the customer.
You will also most likely have noticed if you use ads that your ACOS has gone through the roof with absolutely little to no sales. This is also due to customers seeing the new NO RETURNS policy on your listings. They like your products and will click on the ad but when they see the NO RETURNS policy it is an almost instant sale killer.
There are other posts in handmade forums citing this exact same phenomenon. Sales to 0 literally overnight. Sadly, I can say that you are not alone.

I strongly suspect that the buy box eligibility requires returns so this problem is due to AMAZON not making an exception for the new no returns policy for custom goods. Hqve you tried to open a case with technical teams related to the problem?

Exact same for me too, just in the last 24 hours, I have lost them all, with the exception of one.
7 years I have had it on all of my listings.
All metrics are perfect. No idea why, and cannot get any help from Amazon. I did open a case yesterday, and kept getting the same auto-reply.

Dominic from Amazon here, happy to help you out with this. I did take one of your ASIN's and ran it through our Featured Offer Eligibility tool. Because your ODR is above 1% you are not eligible for the featured offer at this time. Once the ODR drops below 1% you should have the featured offer back.

Almost same situation. A month ago, I lost all buy box for no reason. Account was in green. ODR was just under 0.3. After a month battle, buy box got back ; however, just 50% since Amazon changed something and my account is no longer eligible for buy box at some categories where it was before. I am a private label seller.

Clearly shows shipped on time. Yet I received a claim. Per Amazon policy (See above video from Amazon Seller Central Library) I should not have received a ODR claim for this order.
Please advise.
