Around a month ago, we asked for a measurement check of 2 of our SKUs, with photo evidence. Amazon confirmed our assumption, shared the photos taken, but will not enter the updated dimensions. See below the photos received and Amazon reply, the product length and width are 15.6”x13.7”, as shown by cubiscan and photos evidence, but Amazon won’t follow its own pieces of evidence.

How to takle this issue? Could someone at Amazon assist in addressing those cases? We are stuck in a loop of waiting and getting misled as no one at Amazon is entering the proper dimensions in the system, and as a result, we got overcharged for shipping for thousands of orders.
