Restricted Product Policy Violations prescription-only drug ingredient bimatoprost or isopropyl cloprostenate

Hello,

I am currently selling a beauty product with a large supply. I ensured compliance with Amazon's terms of service regarding the sale of products containing the prescription-only drugs "isopropyl cloprostenate" and "bimatoprost." However, I received an email stating that my product contains these ingredients, even though the drug facts panel clearly indicates otherwise. I submitted photos of my product showing the drug facts panel, along with the UPC code, so Amazon could verify the accuracy. Despite this, all of my products are now marked as "stranded," and my appeal has been denied. My case ID is 15752975711.

Same thing is happening to me. There must be a bot going through wrongly identifying cosmetic products as containing these prescription only drugs. This is when actual human beings come in handy. I was able to clear one product, but there are two others I'm dealing with and I haven't been successful yet despite sending images of the ingredients. Do share if you find a solution. Sending images of every side of the box worked with the one product, top, bottom and all four sides. Unfortunately I don't have any stock of the other two products here to take pictures so I have to wait on my removal order to try that.

Additionally, I want to highlight that Amazon has been the primary seller on this listing, winning almost 90% of the buybox for over a year. Myself and a few other sellers have been selling alongside Amazon on this listing. It is perplexing and unfair that we, the sellers, are being penalized and having our listings removed, despite our due diligence to ensure our products do not contain these ingredients.

I received this message from Amazon. How am I supposed to add the drug facts panel to the detail page when I can't even edit the listing? What additional evidence do I need to provide? I've already submitted six images of the product, clearly showing the drug facts panel.

We received your appeal, but we are unable to reactivate your ASINs at this time.

Why did this happen?
