Shipping items under $10
We sell seeds and all our products are under $10 which allows us to use the USPS Standard mail Envelope shipping method. This is stamped mail and isn't tracked. it seems my only options in Amazon Buy Shipping is UPS or USPS shipping label for around $6. This isn't cost effective and we really can't pass the shipping cost onto the buyer.
Is there a way to ship using stamps and still be claims protected?
Thanx!

No. If you ship without tracking you must refund with no quibble for claims of nonreceipt.

Hello @Seller_HT5ZzvPEHI4v5
@Seller_Hi7wbO2Kbo6bl provided you with accurate info: while orders under $10 domestic (excluding taxes, including shipping charges) shipped "USPS Standard Mail envelopes" are eligible for Exemptions from VTR calculation, these do not meet the requirements for Amazon Buy Shipping claim protections.

I know this thread is a few weeks old, but unfortunately Amazon doesn't have a way to ship low-cost items with tracking that can fit into a standard mail envelope.
eBay & Etsy both offer this option. A single item under $20 can be shipped with tracking at the cost of a postage stamp if it fits in a standard mail envelope. I'd suggest to try setting up a store on eBay if possible.
Will Amazon ever offer such an option? Most likely not even though they could easily afford to do so.
