Hello all,
Maybe someone can help this new fba seller.
I brought a 10 count of a nike product and was able to submit the application, after getting denied after multiple applications I looked at other nike products and upon doing so everything was restricted, cannot even submit an application, did amazon restrict me from ever applying to try to get ungated in nike.

Since it sounds like you have not sent Nike to FBA then you are ahead of the game.
Just read the forums for Nike to see the suspensions, seized goods, frozen funds.
Stop trying to sell without permission from the brand. You won't get it from Nike because they most definitely do not want third party sellers on Amazon to offer their brand.
STOP! Nike has restricted the sale of their brand on Amazon.
Geez, doesn't ANYBODY do any basic research before jumping in???
Just a few minutes of reading on the forums would let you know that YOU CAN'T SELL NIKE PRODUCTS ON AMAZON.
If you're lucky, and you fully delete any listings attempting to sell unauthorize Nike products, you might get to keep your Amazon account. But I would wait a while before making any huge commitments of cash, or sending anything to FBA; it could take weeks or months for a suspension to come your way from listing Nike. (if you never were allowed to create a listing, count yourself lucky. Then put your account on Vacation and LEARN THE RULES)
LUCKY YOU! Yesterday we had one who was able to list Nike. You know what will happen then? You list, you send your products to FBA, Amazon will close your account FOREVER, confiscate and destroy the products.
So, you agree, you were lucky today.
Since you do NOT seem to have studied Seller U -- https://sell.amazon.com/learn -- or read anything on the Forum, here is a SHORT list of additional brands that appear to be off limits.
Maybe it will save you some time and save your account from a permanent suspension:

Hi there @Seller_FOU8CzFjU76qI,
Thank you for reaching out with your questions. As mentioned by other Sellers, some products, brands, and categories require approval in order to be sold. If you currently cannot submit an application it likely means that Amazon is not accepting applications to sell that product. I apologize for any difficulties this creates and appreciate your understanding.
