deactivated account due to negative balance!
Two days ago, our account was deactivated due to an unpaid balance of $3,000. The payment was initially rejected by our bank due to a transaction limit. To resolve the issue, we made the payment in three installments of $1,000 each and submitted an appeal. However, despite 48 hours having passed, our account remains deactivated. I’ve contacted Amazon customer service multiple times, but the experience has been frustrating and unhelpful. This delay is costing us valuable time, and it feels like no one at Amazon is addressing the urgency of the situation.

Unfortunately, Amazon took 48 hours to evaluate our account, during which a $210 Vine enrollment fee was charged, leaving our balance at -$55. As a result, Amazon kept our account deactivated over a mere $55, despite us having over $200,000 worth of inventory on their platform and maintaining a positive balance of around $2,000 on other marketplaces. This is absolutely absurd and highlights how little regard Amazon seems to have for its sellers.

Two days ago, we paid the $55, and after 48 hours, we received a message from Amazon confirming they had received our receipt. They stated they would take up to 5 business days to locate the payment. Wire transfers are typically credited immediately to the payee's account, making this delay extremely frustrating. It’s absurd that such a small amount could jeopardize our entire business.
